How can I access Inmotek?
It is as simple as opening an Internet browser on any computer and accessing 'youragency.inmotek.com'. From there log in with your username and password. Subsequently you are in your personal Inmotek.
How can I see my properties published on the Internet?
Once a property file has been filled in, save the changes. These will be automatically updated on your real estate database, and on your website unless you choose not to publish them on the Internet. When you delete or close the cycle of a property, it will remain inactive on your database, and will no longer be visible on the Internet.
How can I order Inmotek services?
You can order Inmotek services by phone on 902 678 108 or via email info@saresoft.com. We will attend to you personally and will be happy to answer all your questions.
How do I get updates to the application?
One of Inmotek's advantages is that, being an on-line application, it allows for unattended updates. In other words, we add improvements to the system overnight, and you can enjoy these when you start using Inmotek. The system is updated every month, at no additional cost to our customers.
What is the Customer Experience Programme?
It is the method by which Inmotek has become the real estate application of choice for professionals. We take all your initiatives and proposals into account regarding the application, and all those that are deemed positive are included in subsequent system updates, so that all users may benefit from these improvements.
What are Inmotek's storage limits?
Simply there are no limits, its design under the MySQL database architecture, provides unprecedented speed, reliability and security. Forget about old database engines from other software, Access, DBF, Dbase, etc.
.f you want a number, we can talk of one thousand, five thousand, or ten thousand... As many properties as might occur to you; all with their respective photographs, in your database, and on your Website and on the real estate portals.
Can I connect my offices using Inmotek?
Of course, you can connect your offices and work in a centralised manner, sharing data in real time over the Internet. Each user, each workstation, can log in to Inmotek with their own user name, and share the database according to their requirements.
What is a licence for additional use?
Inmotek's packages entail the system only being used by one user at a time. In other words, by ordering an Inmotek package, a single username and password is provided, so that two computers cannot gain access at the same time and only the first computer that logs in can gain access.
The licence for additional use allows Inmotek to be used by multiple employees of the real estate agency at the same time. Accordingly, if three people in the office plan to use the application at the same time, then two additional licences must be purchased.
In all cases, by ordering an Inmotek package, which includes a single user licence (username and password), as many people can access the system as they want, but never at the same time.
Is it compatible with a network of offices?
It is not only compatible, but also highly recommended for these types of networks. Inmotek works as an Intranet system, with independent access for each user, and independent usage permissions. Accordingly, the database can be shared among different teams, either in the same office or among a network of offices, or in a network of real estate franchises.
It also allows functions such as the Real Estate Exchange and Collaborative Alliances, which enables interaction between the databases of different professionals.
What is a Collaborative Alliance?
Inmotek offers the possibility to create Collaborative Alliances between professionals. All that is required of you is to define the agreement between both professionals and then, automatically, every time Inmotek instantly cross-references potentially compatible properties and customers, the generated list of compatibilities will display both our own portfolio results and those of our partner's portfolio, in a different distinguishing colour to avoid confusion, and conceals private data by default.
It is important to note that, although the results of potentially attractive properties for a customer are shared, the databases are totally independent. Accordingly, each professional will only be able to edit their own property portfolio.
What is the search engine?
The search engine enables users to quickly and easily locate properties matching their specified criteria by filling in certain fields (location, number of rooms, price...).
Websites designed with Inmotek technology include a database and a search engine, to provide visitors with simple and efficient access to the real estate agency's property portfolio.
Informational websites do not include a database, and therefore do not include a search engine. However, any Inmotek user may, at any time, add a search engine to their existing Website, or commission us to design a new Professional Website.
Can property be shown in the product display?
Of course. With Inmotek, customised property posters can be printed to be displayed on the product display, saving a lot of time. It also includes the 'Carrousel' tool which allows property to be displayed alternatively on a screen on the product display.
Can Inmotek be accessed from a TABLET / SMARTPHONE?
Inmotek can be accessed from any device connected to the internet with a web browser. In other words, it can be accessed via any mobile device, using a unique login (username and password).
