Now you can create multiple visits in inmotek

It is common that when an appointment is made with a client, there are several properties to visit, for this reason inmotek has thought of simplifying the process of creating this type of visit. The new functionality that inmotek incorporates allows creating visits to several properties for a single client , in this way the process is streamlined and much more useful.

Using the new feature requires following a few simple steps. First, we will go to our client's profile, in the tracking section and click "+" to create a new event or view.

When you click MULTIPLE VISIT, a form will appear where you can fill in the properties you are going to visit and add comments to each one.

Once the information has been completed, we only have to press SAVE and we will see the information in the tracking list.

If we wish, we can edit the visits we have recorded, delete them or send them.

We can use this method or insert the visits one by one as we have been doing until now, but it is a shorter process.

Starting this week you will be able to send owners a summary of visits to their property

Among the improvements incorporated this week, we have enabled the sending of visit summaries to property owners.

Using this new tool is very simple, since we only have to go to a visit, click on edit and select the field "Send summary to owner", checking an option in the drop-down menu. In this drop-down menu we can even choose the language in which we will send the information. Afterwards, it is only necessary to click on the icon (envelope) to the right of the drop-down menu and our client will receive the information in their e-mail.
