New functionality for analyzing agency sales statistics
In March, Inmotek has incorporated a very useful tool to properly monitor the agency's activity, which will allow you to compare total sales, gross income for the company, agency and agent commission amounts, among others. The incorporation of this tool follows Saresoft's strategy to make Inmotek a comprehensive product that can respond to all the needs of a real estate agency at different levels, commercial, management...
Below we will describe the steps to follow to use this tool.
1. Property information:
Within the property file it is necessary to go to the contracts section.
In this section we must select "new sales contract" . At that moment a pop-up window will open in which we must fill in the buyer's data, final amount...
Once completed, you must click Save, as doing so will activate new tabs in the contract. In the second tab, you can include the agency's commission and the agent's commission. After doing so, you must click Save.
The third tab corresponds to notary data, which we can also complete, although it is not necessary for the statistical analysis section.
2. Tools: statistics
When we finish completing the contract and after clicking save on the property's page, we have to go to the tools section. There we must display: STATISTICS, by clicking on the "+" symbol and we will be able to see the following options:
- Comparator: displays the graph and data of the agency's total sales amounts.
- Gross Fact Comparator: Displays the graph and data of the agency's total income amounts (agency commission).
- Net Fact Comparator: shows the graph and data of the total agency income amounts (the agency commission), discounting the agent commission.
- Commission payment comparator: shows the graph and the commission data of the agents.
- Operations comparator: shows the graph of operations (sales) performed by month, also showing the cumulative total.
To see each of the graphs or options we only have to select the data we want to see from the drop-down menu.
