We've added a click-less mode, search and section navigation menus open on hover, and top bars are fixed for improved usability. We hope you like it.- We have also improved the tools for the summary of web visits in the statistics section, which is now more complete and includes a print button.
- We have enhanced the activity reporting area, with totals, sales percentages, commission summations, etc.
- You can now create visit subtypes. To do this, go to Options->Parameters->Management and enter the types of visits you need! Once the visit has been created, you can select whether it is the subtype you need, for example, inspection visit, visit with owner, etc.
- We have added new columns to the client lists so that you have an updated view of the last transaction with a client from the list itself. You can also sort your clients by that column, which you will find very interesting.
- You can now simulate a price drop in the crossings from the property tab, it is a very interesting tool for the owner to see that with a percentage drop, the number of interested applicants can increase a lot! To use it go to the crossing tab within a property (a magnifying glass with a +) and on the right you will see the simulate price button, you can add the price or select the % discount.
- Since yesterday, June 10, we have saved all the changes to an event, so that we can access information about who created it, modified it, closed it, etc. The information appears when editing an event at the bottom right.
- You can now define whether a call is incoming or outgoing, in both cases it will create a communication in the property and client communications section.
