INMOTEK IMPROVEMENTS APRIL-MAY 2016
1) High definition images
You can now purchase the option to save all your images in high definition for €3/month (VAT not included) . When you insert the photos, Inmotek will save an initial original copy at 1920px wide.
These photographs can be displayed from the multimedia panel of a property, used as a random background for your website or sent to real estate portals.
Inmotek will continue to save the usual image sizes at 160px (thumbnail), 360px (half-size) and 1080px.

2) Export more customer data
You can now export customer lists with more data to use with other applications.
3) Edit automatic shipments
You will be able to view and edit the daily shipments of properties to applicants that the system generates throughout the day, either to make them effective at the time or to cancel them. This information is generated with the daily work itself, in this way you know before the automatic shipments are made at 9:00 p.m. what is going to be sent and to whom.
4) Contract templates and generation of contracts in PDF
You can store the contract templates you use and with a simple click, inmotek will fill them in for you with data about the buyer, seller and property. You can edit the generated contract in a visual way, send it by email or save it.
These contracts will consist of fixed text and some "tags" such as #buyer where inmotek will write the name of the buyer. More information will be available soon.
5) Commissions to various salespeople
Now you can, on the property contract screen, record the commissions to different salespeople, whether it be acquisition, marketing or sharing.
6) "Tracking" emails
You can now find out if the client has visited the property that has been sent to them by email from Inmotek. Whether you send a property information sheet manually, or whether Inmotek sends it automatically when checking the matches.
In the communications tab, both for the client and the property, we will see a green tick if the client has visited the property.
NOTE: Only valid for websites under the new InmoCMS system. If your website does not use this system and you need this utility, please contact us.
7) Invoices
You will be able to add invoices to each contract. For the time being, the design of each one will be unique.
8) Sending several properties at once
You can send multiple properties in the "Send" dialog box in a single email.
9) Visiting Assistant
You can create several visits for a client in a single form, so you can choose all the properties to visit with the time and date and the system will generate all the visits.
10) Multilingual interface
We have finished preparing inmotek for its interface in several languages. In addition to Spanish, it will be available in Basque, French, Catalan and English. We will gradually incorporate these languages in an order not yet decided.
