Improved web contacts (Update available Friday, December 15)

  • All web contacts will enter Inmotek as Pending.
  • When a client with this data exists in Inmotek, the CRM will suggest the contact that will appear in a blue square in the list.
  • If there is no data for that contact in Inmotek, a vertical red line will appear at the beginning of the data row.
  • A new contact must become a client in order to start working with him. Only after that will the other options be displayed: send email, create request...
  • A web contact should be assigned to a sales representative to carry out the follow-up and operations that he or she considers appropriate.
  • The new Assigned to Me and Assigned to All sections show the clients linked to each salesperson.
  • It will also be possible to link the message to a request already created, and even choose between requests if a client has more than one.
  • Once the work with the client is finished, the communication can be Archived. To do this, click on the blue zipper icon.
