Inmotek Updates Package on the New Inmotek Cloud

We are starting to migrate inmotek users to the new Cloud where inmotek will be updated with the following improvements. Over the next few weeks we will migrate all agencies so they can benefit from all these changes:

BILLING:
It is now possible to view the totals pending payment.

FOLLOW-UPS:
In OWNER ACTIVITY type events we can add a subject line
We can expand the tracking editor to see it in full size
Text boxes are better differentiated and have the possibility of opening in full screen, as well as editing formats with reduced indents and spaces.

ESTATE:
When we choose the option to display listings "with client" we can predetermine by agency whether we want the full address to be displayed or not.
In the property file, in the private tab we can: include several cadastral references to report on attached properties or independent properties, it is necessary to include a line for each cadastral reference

  • If the property is an independent REGISTERED PROPERTY, it is at the same level as the main property, but the type is indicated.
  • If the property is ATTACHED to another, the information of said attached property is indicated.
  • In each cadastral line we can see, by clicking on it:
    • Cadastral Data: Cadastral Reference and Property Number

    • Registry Data: Registration Number, Property, folio, page, etc.

  • Example of Properties or Properties that are usually included: (Floor + number. For example: Floor 1ºA/ Garage ss-1 no. 32/ Storage room in the basement no. 5….)/

INMOTEK USERS:
- A check mark allows you to indicate whether the user is salaried or self-employed.
- We can view the complete time record, not only that of the current week but also what has been saved to date,

DUPLICATES:
In duplicate management we can see/assign the managing salesperson.

KEYS:
We remind you that you can create/configure a key panel in each of the offices you have generated in inmotek. In options, office list, you can edit and create new offices and when you do so you will see that the last tab of the office tab is the one indicated to customize the key panel of said office.
The key lists will show the keys differentiated by offices, although only the panel of the office to which the inmotek user who is logged in belongs can be displayed in table format.

GROUPS:
You can add agency comments on group properties that will only be seen by the agency that creates the comment.
