We have introduced a change in Inmotek in order to provide a better service and make it easier for you to manage your billing.

Starting Friday, November 5, instead of quarterly billing for extra services such as electronic signatures, translations and SMS, it will be necessary to top up your balance* in the program .

The following concepts are included in this model:

  • Hours of work on custom designs and developments (the equivalent of teks).
  • Burofax shipments
  • Signatures
  • SMS
  • Translations
  • Courses

For each balance purchase, a single invoice will be generated with the selected amount plus the corresponding VAT.

Each transaction we make at Inmotek will deduct balance. If there is not enough balance, a message will alert us.

This balance can be purchased from Friday, November 5 through the inmotek buy button.

How to buy balance in Inmotek

1) We access the Store icon at the top right of our Inmotek home screen.

2) We will see a screen with 5 icons, we will choose Balance

3) We choose the balance we want to load and the payment method. Payment by card displays a POS window where we enter the card details. The account charge method executes the purchase instantly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the expiration date of the balance?
The balance expires after 24 months for each recharge made.


What happens to previously acquired teks?
Previously acquired teks will remain valid until they are depleted and can only be exchanged for work hours.

What happens to previously purchased SMS?
Previously purchased SMS will be exchanged for new Inmotek credit, with an expiration of 24 months from November 2.

What happens if I don't have or run out of Inmotek balance?
You will receive an alert message advising you to purchase new balance.
