Now in Inmotek, you can add reasons for closing and discarding visits by entering:

If you want to add closing reasons : Options > Parameters > Management. And by clicking on the "+" of closing reasons we can add as many as we want to the current master list.

If you want to add reasons for discarding. Options > Parameters > Demands section . And by clicking on the "+" of reasons for closing we can add as many as we want to the current master list.
