Updates in inmotek
Improved filter system in inmotek demands
At Inmotek we know how valuable our tool is for generating requests, which is why we have improved it by adding the option to select the denial in some characteristics. For example, in the characteristics of a property we can choose: with high ceilings, without high ceilings or regardless of whether it has high ceilings or not.
To use this filter, we only have to go to the demand type tab and click on the fields we want to mark. In the example, we see the green tick for yes (e.g., disabled access), red x for no (e.g., no VPO) and the rest "?" for undefined, that is, it may or may not have it, which means that both the properties that do have it and those that do not will appear.
Updated daily summary of crossings and agenda
Another widely accepted tool at Inmotek is the summary emails that the program sends daily to Inmotek users, in which it notifies them of the number of automatic crossings carried out the previous night and shows a summary of the events scheduled in the agenda for the current day.
Sometimes, either due to disuse of a tool, or due to vacation periods or low activity, the email returns 0 matches and 0 events. For this reason and to avoid emails without content, we have updated the sendings so that they are only sent when the email has content and not when the result is equal to 0 in both sections.
