Important: Autonomous Communities tighten control of CEES in real estate*
This July, the Autonomous Communities have launched a campaign to review and tighten sanctions for all properties that, despite being required to have a valid energy certificate, do not present this information publicly on websites and real estate advertising platforms.
To adapt to this situation, real estate websites managed by inmotek may include a filter that automatically prevents the publication of all property listings that do not contain the CEES requirement. This functionality will not be activated by default and each real estate agency will need to activate it in the WEB section, within the Configuration section: Property data and listings.
We are also issuing this notice to all agencies whose websites are managed by third parties so that, once they are aware of the situation, they can take the measures they consider necessary to avoid sanctions.
*This functionality is only valid for those real estate agencies that have their inmotek website in inmoCMS or MyWeb.
