New update pack June'19

Thanks to your suggestions and comments, we have launched the new update pack for inmotek in which we will be able to carry out new acquisition and sales processes, carry out shared processes between several real estate agencies or assign billing permissions to a user who is not an administrator. In this way we complete the last update pack launched.

Incorporation of recruitment and sales processes

We have incorporated the possibility of including acquisition and sale processes so that each real estate agency can standardize its processes. These new processes can be seen in the monitoring section. It should be noted that properties in acquisition will have the possibility of activating the acquisition process and once they are in the portfolio they will have the possibility of starting the sales process .

These processes can be edited and adapted to the needs of each real estate agency from the options section. You only need to select the process templates option and click edit. You can add as many steps and milestones as necessary to complete the process. Please note that only administrator users can edit these templates, since the template applies to the entire real estate agency.

Possibility of registering shared operations (between several real estate agencies)

It is now also possible to register shared transactions between several real estate agencies. This process can be carried out with both group agencies and external agencies, and to do so you only need to go to the contract tab within the property and edit it.

In Contract Data we can select the management of the property between: our agency, another group agency, another external agency or the owner. To carry out the shared process it will be necessary to choose between the group or external agency options and activate the shared operation box. In the case of a group we will see the list of real estate agencies in the drop-down menu, while in the case of choosing the external agency option we will have a free field in which to write the data of said agency.

We can also complete the details of fees or commissions for these agencies or for the sales representatives who managed the operation in the Fees section. It is only necessary to "create a new commission" and indicate to whom the payment is to be made, the amounts, percentage and payment method.

Billing permissions

The latest update to this pack is the option to assign billing permissions to users who are not administrators. This makes it possible to delegate these tasks to a user without having to grant them access to all areas of the program. To assign this permission, you only need to activate it in the OPTIONS: STAFF LIST tab and select the user in question. Within their file in the permissions tab, you must select the "billing permissions" option and save.
