LAGOON
At inmotek we have incorporated a new support for inmotek support, it is called "Lagun", and its functions are to help the real estate professional in many small things of the daily management of their software.
They will notify us of a multitude of small errors and missing information about our properties and contacts, as well as ensure that we do not lose control of the exclusives of the properties.
"Lagun" is so efficient that it will store all the answers we give from support and they can be consulted in its database.
It will take on new functions and generate an icon to show us what is wrong. It has already started to do so in BETA version for properties.
Tasks
Now in Inmotek you will be able to choose which tasks are created in events such as registering a property, that is, we will be able to define which tasks should be created by default when registering a new property and to whom they are directed.
In this way, the assignment of tasks is automated, for example we can define which tasks are created in a property when its management is lost. The events in which tasks can be defined are the following:
- When creating property
- By pointing it out
- At the end of his term
- By losing the management of the property
- When creating a client
Doc center beta
We already have the first version of the "Doc center" ready, from which you can manage all the documents you have in inmotek, make changes to them, send them by email, download them to your PC and in the future connect them to your Google Apps account and much more.
