First Service Pack of 2019

At the end of the first quarter of 2019, saresoft is going to launch the inmotek Service Pack 1. This update package responds to your concerns, comments and proposals. The objective is to make the day-to-day life of agencies easier, which is why we have incorporated the following functionalities around different areas:

SECURITY:

Permissions: We have restructured this section to give the agency greater control over the areas that each user or the agencies in your group, if you belong to one, can access. These permissions will allow you to establish a security barrier that will protect your properties, clients, and operations. The operation is the same as it has been until now, but its effectiveness is much greater.

DESIGN AND INFORMATION OF CARDS:

New print designs: We know how important the image is to attract and retain customers, and it is also important that these designs contain the necessary information to facilitate marketing. From now on, you have new print designs for properties, so that the information you place in your shop window is much more attractive. Despite this improvement, we continue to work to improve the presentation of all types of properties: commercial premises, warehouses... and we will be able to present them to you in Service pack-2. Keep an eye out for the latest news!

Free fields for properties and clients: The information and the way it is presented is important, but how important it is to use the right words! Now you have free fields for both properties and clients so you can indicate exactly what you want, because you know better than anyone what the most striking and relevant information is.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS:

Virtual POS: Online sales and purchase operations are becoming more and more frequent and we do not want inmotek to be left behind. That is why we have developed the entire virtual POS system from inmotek so that payment and collection management is centralized and more agile.

Billing: In relation to the previous section, we have detailed and improved the billing section. You can now create invoices with all kinds of details and link them to current contracts. Now you can do more with fewer steps and practically automatically.

MY WEB 1.0

Yes, it's here! The new web management platform within inmotek will be available at the beginning of March. We have developed an intuitive, simple and attractive interface that contains a multitude of options so you can create your website with everything you need. In addition, we are already preparing improvements for version 2.0 because our philosophy leads us to want to improve every day.
